Because Bob and Sally reached out during the winter they will be able to take advantage of major savings from Carson’s suppliers because they are all itching to move old inventory at huge discounts to make way for all the new stuff getting shipped.
Because Bob and Sally also reached out during the winter and didn’t wait until March or April when schedules are usually booked out 6-10 weeks...their project will be completed sooner than they expected and ready to enjoy immediately!

Meet Ben and Sue. Ben and Sue are exactly like Bob and Sally.
But...Ben and Sue spend a lot of time trying to do this and that and this and that and more of this and and more of that themselves…but still never really satisfy that longing for the perfect landscape.
Ben and Sue are enjoying the weather as it transitions from winter to spring. It’s the beginning of April and they finally decide to call ITM to schedule a consultation.
Carson, Ben and Sue meet to share ideas, material likes and dislikes, budget and timeline. They are having a party in 3 weeks with 50 guests coming and they want to show off their dream landscape.
A lighted walkway that directs guests to their back yard where their large paver patio is decorated with a new table and the perfect plant package is icing on the cake. Their new fire pit has freshly built Adirondack chairs circling it with a gentle flame to warm the toes of the little ones that happen to be on their very best behavior in an effort to wait until it’s time for s’mores.
Confederate Jasmine is beginning to cover the pergola (which was added over their porch) and guests are catching a whiff of that amazing scent as they navigate from inside to outside and mingle with each other. The twinkling of lights which are strung from the top of the pergola make the perfect backdrop for selfies along with planters that are overflowing with lush, colorful annuals and have everyone asking “what kind of flower is that?”
Carson has great news and some not so great news for Ben and Sue.
Because Ben and Sue called ITM…and everything they want is ITM’s specialty… the great news is ITM can handle their project from start to finish.
Because Ben and Sue waited to call ITM at the beginning of April…ITM is already booked out 6 weeks and won’t be able to have their project done before their party.
Sue tells Ben he should have called ITM earlier like Bob did!
